DFS specializes in two main loan products: short-term bridge loans for fix & flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords building their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and consistently delivers aggressive quarterly growth, with an average origination volume of $70MM per month. Help maintain DFS’s reputation as an industry leader by supporting high loan quality, efficient closings, and exceptional client outcomes.In This Role You Will:Analyze single-family residential real estate transactions Assess construction and rehabilitation budgetsPrepare detailed financial analyses and investment summaries Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAdapt to changing company strategies and processes Utilize Excel and Word for analysis and reportingLeverage MLS and/or CoStar experience (a plus)Requirements: Background in single-family residential real estateExperience in real estate finance Construction and rehab knowledgeCritical thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Strong Excel and Word skillsExcellent verbal and written communication MLS/CoStar experience a plusPreferred Qualifications:Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills Exceptional attention to detailFocused and self-motivated Demonstrated knowledge of construction and rehabbingBenefits: Health insurance Dental insuranceVision insurance 401(k)401(k) matching Paid time offWhile At Dominion You Will EnjoyCompany outings & social events Virtual events Companywide competitions and raffles Personal financial workshopsOrioles season tickets
