Radiology Multi-Tech (LMRT/BXMO) – Miami Gardens, FL
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm), Full-TimeSchedule: 4×10s or 3×12s (rotating weekends may apply)Pay Rate: $28/hour
Overview
We’re hiring LMRT/BXMO Radiology Multi-Techs for urgent care centers in Miami Gardens. This hybrid role blends radiology and clinical support functions, helping patients while supporting our urgent care expansion program.
Responsibilities
Conduct limited radiographic exams per Florida licensure.
Safely operate and maintain X-ray equipment.
Assist with intake: vitals, histories, and patient preparation.
Collect specimens and assist with basic lab testing.
Support providers with documentation and workflows.
Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
Current BLS certification
Preferred:
Experience in urgent care or outpatient environments
Excellent teamwork and multitasking skills
Compensation & Benefits
$28/hour paid weekly during contract period
Full-time consistent scheduling
