Job Description

Talent Consultants is actively seeking a skilled Urologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Urologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with urinary tract disorders, male reproductive health issues, and other urological conditions. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, surgical skills, and compassionate patient care to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations of patients with urological concerns.
  • Diagnose conditions such as kidney stones, urinary incontinence, prostate disorders, and cancers of the urinary tract.
  • Perform surgical procedures including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, as well as traditional open surgeries when necessary.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques such as ultrasound, cystoscopy, and urodynamics.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology and implement evidence-based practices.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Urology.
  • Active medical license in the state of practice and DEA registration.
  • Completion of a residency program in Urology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in both medical and surgical management of urological diseases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate healthcare.
  • Commitment to continuous education and adherence to the highest standards of urological care.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
