Here's the details on what we are looking for in this position:As an intern in our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Department, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the power utility industry and play a real role in shaping the future of energy.Where You'll Work :

• This internship is based at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and will be an on-site role. The program is expected to run from mid-May through early August.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with utilities on critical projects such as retrofits, rebuilds, and new construction of distribution and transmission lines.
• Conducting field surveys (both in-state and out-of-state) to collect data and see firsthand how projects come to life.
• Preparing detailed construction packages that engineers and field teams use to safely and efficiently build infrastructure.
• Evaluating the strength and reliability of structures to ensure they meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
• Providing support during construction, answering questions, and preparing record documents to keep projects running smoothly.
• Reviewing codes and standards such as NESC and client-specific requirements to ensure compliance.
• Contributing to a collaborative team, with the flexibility to step in and support other roles or duties as needed.
