Join us.The UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the user experience of our products. He/She collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging designs that delight our users. The UX Designer prioritizes user needs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal usability and satisfaction across all interactions. Job ResponsibilitiesUser Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions

Design and Prototyping:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Design high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches vision

Interaction Design and Usability:

Develop user-centric designs that align with business goals
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness

Design Systems and Branding:

Contribute to or maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products
Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and enhance visual identity

Collaboration and Feedback:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and iterate based on feedback
Conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs

Job Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI design projects
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
Background in graphic design or visual arts is a plus
Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred

Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
