Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Potential Sellers to Acquire Pre-Owned Vehicles Through In-person Visits, Online Inquiries, and Phone Calls
- Accurately Appraise Vehicles Based on Current Market Conditions and Dealership Standards
- Build Rapport with Customers to Create a Positive, Transparent Selling Experience
- Collaborate with the Sales and Inventory Teams to Ensure Smooth Vehicle Intake
- Maintain Accurate Records of Appraisals, Purchases, and Customer Interactions
- Meet or Exceed Vehicle Acquisition Goals and Performance Metrics
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in the Automotive Industry or Related Customer-facing Roles
- Strong Negotiation Skills and the Ability to Close Deals Effectively
- Ability to Denote Condition Reports on Vehicles (Body Work, Cosmetic Details, Mechanical Problems)
- Highly Coachable with a Growth Mindset and Willingness to Learn
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational Abilities
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
