Your RoleAs our Vendor Accounting and Compliance Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Accounting and Procurement Teams to strengthen the financial backbone and operational efficiency of our company. You’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day accounting functions, strengthening compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives that fuel our growth. This is a collaborative, high-impact position within a team that values trust, ownership, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Own AP/AR, general ledger, and monthly reporting

• Ensure compliance across multiple states and markets

• Manage payroll, sales tax, and treasury functions

• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and fixed asset schedules

• Support vendor relations and interdepartmental coordination

• Lead process improvements and mentor team members

• Help us scale into new markets like Vegas and Arizona
