Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.
Build Connections By:
Working alongside our Vendor and Customer Master Data team that serves our customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada. Collaborating with other Gordon Food Service interns and employees in the following areas:
Communications
Finance
Accounting
Human Resources
IT
Marketing & Merchandising
Supply Chain
Communications
Build a Career:
In the Vendor and Customer Master Data department by:
Ensuring all products and relevant vendor information have corresponding high-quality images for internal and external use, such as e-commerce platforms, internal catalogs, and marketing materials.
Verifying that all food items have accurate and complete nutritional information, including caloric content, macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), micronutrients, and other dietary details, which is vital for regulatory compliance and consumer information.
Confirming that every product's ingredient list is fully documented, detailed, and compliant with all relevant food labeling regulations, allowing for proper allergen tracking and consumer transparency.

Engaging in our mentorship program

Meet the following qualifications to be considered for our 2026 internship program:
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Computer Science.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
