The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about streamlining vendor processes through technology and automation.

 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and oversee internal system integration.
  • Coordinate vendor provisioning for new client implementations in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate vendor billing.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with key vendors such as WKLS, Avalara, and CXone/NICE.
  • Track, assess, and report on vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive timely resolution of escalated vendor issues and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Support vendor evaluations, renewals, and potential replacements (e.g., Repay, Provana, Remkin).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline vendor workflows through automation and tighter controls.
  • Monitor compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain vendor risk assessments and ensure all required documentation is up to date.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze vendor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations on vendor consolidation or renegotiation.
  • Assist with billing and reconciliation processes for clients.
  • Provide detailed reporting on services rendered and vendor-supported deliverables.

Education & Other Minimum Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with platforms such as CXone/NICE, Avalara, or LexisNexis preferred.
  • Background in fintech, collections, servicing, or tech-enabled operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and procurement or vendor management systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with additional vendor platforms such as WKLS, Repay or similar payment processing partners, Provana, Remkin and/or EOSCAR
  • Exposure to fintech, collections, or financial services operations
  • Experience helping optimize third-party vendor relationships through automation, reporting, or workflow tools
