The Verizon Sales Account Representative role will combine strategic outreach, product mastery, and top-tier customer engagement - with a structure designed to reward hustle and success.

Verizon Sales Account Representatives Are Responsible For:

  • Educate residential customers on how Verizon 5G enhances everyday connectivity, productivity, and entertainment
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions to meet those needs effectively through the sales cycle
  • Complete all sales, upgrades, and service enrollments meeting compliance standards
  • Track customer feedback to help improve service delivery and product offerings
  • Attend local outreach efforts to promote Verizon’s presence and offering.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, device setup, and understanding plan features
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust messaging and approach accordingly
  • Support team training efforts by sharing insights and successful sales techniques.
