This leadership role is responsible for staff development, workflow efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment.What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing supervisors and technical staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, scheduling, and workflow.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain and elevate patient care standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for nursing staff.
• Partner with hospital leadership on budgeting, staffing, and process improvements.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where team members thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• RVT, LVT, or CVT preferred (or eligible to obtain).
• 5+ years of veterinary nursing experience, 2+ years in leadership (emergency/specialty experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of veterinary emergency & critical care, anesthesia, and surgery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
