Edelman has an exciting opportunity for aVice President, Creator Marketing to partner closelywith our world class Brand team in the award-winningNew Yorkoffice, working on a large retailclient. 

Ideal candidates will have a passionforanddeepknowledge ofcreatorpartnerships across all tiers of talent, branded video content, social platforms, digital media, and the talent management space. The ideal candidate will haveaproven ability tobuild andmaintainrelationships across thecreatorand talent landscape, as well aslead andshape creator strategy within larger 360-degree integrated campaigns.  

TheVice Presidentposition requires strong account management and project management skills, the ability to supervise a busy account, including managing staff and serving as a daily counterpart to clients, and a background increatorpartnerships. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Edelman’s strategic vision in the cross-platformcreator and digital talent space

  • Establish processesand best practices to support growth, scale, and consistency across creator programs

  • Advise clients oncreatorpartnerships of varying scopes and deal sizes, sharingexpertisein structuring programs that drive meaningful impact

  • Establish andmaintainsenior-level client relationships, advising on creator opportunities aligned to business and brand objectives

  • Buildandmaintainstrong relationships withcreators, talent representatives, and platform partners to ensure long-term success

  • Manage and develop team members through clear career pathing, goal setting,mentorshipand ongoing feedback

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign success across strategy, creative, production and account teams

  • Activelyparticipatein account and campaignmanagement, partnering with internal account leadership to ensure client satisfaction and program excellence

  • Contribute to agency-wide POVsand thought leadershipin thecreatorspace

  • Elevatecreator integration opportunities across the agency, working cross-functionally to embed creator thinking into broader campaigns

  • Serve as a subject matter expert,proactively bringingtrends,insightsand cultural moments to both internal teams and client partners.  

  • Oversight(in partnership with measurement team) of proprietary dashboardsand databases usedto track and measure all campaigns.

  • Support ongoingbusinessgrowthwithin theportfoliothrough organic expansion, ideation,pitchingand overall business health  

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ yearsof relevantexperience in marketing and/or related fields including advertising, public relations, digital/creator marketing, and media

  • 5+years experienceworking directly withcreators, increatormarketing, talent management and/or at a comparable agency, executing small and largecreatorprograms from start to finish

  • A bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media,creators, contentcreatorsand the largercreatormarketing ecosystem

  • Strong network ofcreatorand talent agency contacts at both senior and junior levels

  • Knowledge and experience working across all tiers ofcreators (micro, mid, toptierandmacro) and nuances of working with each

  • Proven ability to work with clients and manage teams to create strategic and creativecreatorcampaigns that deliver on KPIs and drive ROI

  • Experience using data,insightsand performance metrics to inform creator strategy,optimizeprograms and guide client decision-making

  • Knowledge of best practices, tech platforms,toolsand processes forcreatormarketing

  • Understanding of integratingcreatorwork across teams (ideally with paid, earned, owned, creative etc.)

  • Experience managing teams,establishinggoalsand ensuring project deadlines are met

  • Exceptional collaborator who can work across practices 

  • Experience/involvement in new business – proposal development, RFI/RFP responses, and pitching

$95,000-$165,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
