Mental Health Therapist
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Madison, WI (Remote / Telehealth)Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are recruiting a Wisconsin-licensed Mental Health Therapist for a fully remote telehealth position. Based in Madison or anywhere in WI, you’ll provide therapy sessions under clinical supervision and follow structured treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online therapy sessions at scheduled times
- Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress updates
- Collaborate with a supervising therapist on care decisions
- Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR
- Join online meetings, supervision and training events
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
- Active WI license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or similar)
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Comfortable using technology in daily practice
