What You'll Do:

• Drive the creative direction for large video productions and stunning visual communications, from the spark of an idea to the final reveal.

• Take charge of every phase - pre-production, production and post - crafting storyboards, writing scripts, casting, directing shoots, lighting, audio, editing, color grading and sound design.

• Lead a passionate team of video and graphic design professionals that thrives on collaboration, creativity and innovation, all while staying true to our brand's unique identity.

• Push the boundaries of graphic design, motion graphics, animation and UX/UI, bringing each project to life using the full power of the Adobe suite- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and beyond.

• Champion graphic design principles like typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy, providing hands on feedback to elevate every concept and execution. Work with great people and great gear- Sony, DJI, Mac and more. Your expertise will keep our team ahead of the curve, and your recommendations will shape our creative arsenal as we move forward.

• Strategize JM Family's presence on social media to boost our brand awareness.

• Set a bold vision for the future, lead through a cultural lens aligned with JM Family's Leadership Model, and build an environment where creativity flourishes.

What We're Looking For

• 10-plus years of creative, graphics and video expertise, including at least 3-5 years leading teams and projects in dynamic environments - corporate/commercial, agency or in-house.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

• Expert level mastery of production workflow and professional grade equipment and software. A compelling portfolio that wows - with visionary work in both video production and graphic design.

• Strong and influential team leadership with the skills to provide coaching and feedback, develop associates, think strategically, and inspire and nurture creative talent.

• A true collaborator, communicator and motivator. Someone who brings energy and excitement to every project and interaction.

• A relentless desire to grow, innovate and contribute to a vibrant culture of creative excellence.
