Job Description
At Navion Senior Solutions, we believe that senior living should be filled with vitality, purpose, and joy—and the same goes for our team members. Our mission is to foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace that creates a meaningful continuation of life experiences for our residents, their families, and for each other.
What makes us unique? More than 85% of our senior leadership team began their careers in frontline or entry-level roles within senior living before working their way into community leadership and beyond. We don’t just talk about growth—we live it.
Guided by our core values—Individuality, Excellence, Celebration, Respect, Choice, Vitality, Trust, Honor, and Joy in Service—we’re committed to creating an environment where team members thrive, residents flourish, and innovation is welcomed.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Vice President of Talent & Culture who will help us shape the future of senior living by empowering the people who make it all possible—our team members. This role is about more than HR—it’s about inspiring careers, celebrating individuality, and ensuring every person feels connected to our mission.
As a member of our senior leadership team, you’ll champion recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and overall talent optimization. You’ll also guide our PEO partnership, develop new pathways to bring more people into the senior living profession, and help us remain a workplace of choice where people can grow and build lasting careers.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and elevate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding so every new team member feels welcomed and inspired from day one.
· Build clear career pathways and professional development programs that open doors to growth at every level.
· Partner with leaders across the organization to design and implement training programs that fuel excellence and innovation.
· Oversee engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs, to celebrate successes and strengthen culture.
· Develop creative outreach programs with schools, community groups, and international partnerships to expand our workforce.
· Serve as a trusted partner to our team members by providing oversight of HR concerns and our PEO relationship.
Requirements
- A proven leader in human resources, talent development, or people operations who believe in growth from within.
- A strong communicator who can connect with people at every level—from frontline caregivers to senior executives.
- Someone who is inspired by building culture, recognizing talent, and creating meaningful career journeys.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and engagement strategies; knowledge of PEO partnerships is a plus.
- Alignment with Navion’s mission and our values of joy in service, respect, trust, and vitality.
Benefits
- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
