Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: This hands-on role supports day-to-day operations within our fulfillment center and assembly department. The ideal candidate will be involved in material handling, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and basic assembly tasks.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Organize and stock incoming inventory and supplies. 

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders based on daily priorities. 

• Safely transport materials and products within the facility using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts). 

• Assist in basic product assembly and follow work instructions. 

• Perform quality checks to ensure components and final products meet company standards. 

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies. 

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. 

• Follow company safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment. 

• Support other departments or projects as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or assembly work is a plus. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. 

• Familiarity with warehouse tools and safety protocols. 

• Basic mechanical skills or experience using hand tools is helpful. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Team-oriented with good communication skills. 

Salary: $15.16 - $17.16 per hour
