About the Client:
They provide high-quality products and exceptional service as a leading wholesaler, refurbisher, 3PL provider, and distributor. The company refurbishes and distributes electronics, such as laptops and home audio gear, and offers warehousing, packaging, shipping, and related logistics services.
About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Associate / Project Lead to oversee assigned tasks, procedures, or small projects and ensure proper implementation across the warehouse team. This role isnt managerial but requires responsibility, clear communication, and the ability to guide workflow and ensure procedures are followed and daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee warehouse tasks and small projects assigned by management.
- Communicate procedures and instructions clearly to warehouse employees.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Coordinate daily workflow and help maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (inventory, organizing, basic logistics, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison between management and warehouse staff, providing updates as required.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (must communicate effectively with warehouse staff).
- 2-4 years of warehouse experience required.
- Strong ability to follow procedures and implement tasks with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to oversee others work even without formal management experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
