Headquartered in Norwood, MA, we are a family-centric business marking a significant trajectory of growth.The Warehouse Associate – Level II is responsible for performing a broad range of operational support tasks to ensure the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and services across departments. This role reports directly to the Manager, Inside Operations.Responsibilities
  • Deliver parts, materials, and equipment to customers and technicians within the service area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a “second set of hands” during equipment deliveries and installations.
  • Support Fleet Management activities:
    • Coordinate vehicle service appointments and maintain service logs.
    • Monitor inspection schedules and assist with tracking vehicle readiness.
  • Support Facility Maintenance and Organization:
    • Oversee cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
    • Complete basic facility maintenance and safety checks.
    • Assist with breakdown, staging, and setup of new and used equipment.
    • Lead or assist in unloading, uncrating, and staging of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Inventory Support:
    • Conduct periodic cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of inventory variances.
    • Ensure parts and materials are labeled, stocked, and rotated properly.
    • Communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to the Inside Operations Manager.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and warehouse safety.
    • Recommend and help implement best practices for storage, shipping, and receiving.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Assist in training and mentoring new Warehouse Helpers.
    • Provide backup coverage for the Inside Operations team when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (equipment, service, or parts environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
  • Must be capable of lifting, lowering, and carrying packages typically weighing 5–35 lbs., and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Operates forklift and box truck safely and efficiently (DOT Medical card preferred).
Job Type: Full-time, on-sitePay: $25 - $28/hour We are currently unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
