Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate – Pulling is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders of automotive parts and aftermarket products. This role ensures that products are picked efficiently, handled with care, and staged correctly for loading. The position supports overall warehouse operations, maintaining organization, safety, and accuracy to meet company service and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pull customer orders from inventory using pick tickets, manifests, or handheld scanners.
Verify product counts, descriptions, and quality before staging for loading.
Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Organize and stage pulled orders in designated loading areas.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, reporting any hazards or issues promptly.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior warehouse, order pulling, or material handling experience.
Familiarity with automotive aftermarket products.
Experience with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
