Position Overview:We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Lead to support our production and logistics teams. This role oversees inventory accuracy, ensures timely picking and delivery of materials, and coordinates shipments for domestic and international orders. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, with a strong sense of leadership and urgency. You’ll play a critical role in helping us deliver high-quality photo products to customers nationwide.
What You’ll Do:Verify and record incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy or damage
Label and stock inventory using ERP and barcode systems
Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials safely
Pull materials and deliver to internal production teams as needed
Prepare and load outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation is included
Plan and schedule outbound shipments for VIP and B2B clients
Coordinate with logistics partners and utilize customer transit management systems
Conduct quality checks on shipments and address any issues
Train and support warehouse team members
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow safety protocols
Participate in continuous improvement and 6S housekeeping initiatives
What You’ll Bring:2–3 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
1+ year of material handling experience (preferred)
Forklift and high lift truck experience (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (ERP)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Must have or obtain forklift certification upon hire (provided by company)
Basic math skills and financial awareness
