Purpose
The HVAC Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and timely support for field technicians to maintain smooth and successful HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, and distribution of HVAC materials and equipment
Ensure accurate picking, staging, and delivery of parts for service and installation teams
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and vendors
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Track inventory using warehouse or inventory management software
Oversee handling of high-value and regulated materials, including refrigerants
Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and company policies
Communicate effectively with service managers, installers, and office staff
Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
21 years or older
Valid driver’s license
Clear background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
Prior warehouse management or supervisory experience (HVAC or construction industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and parts
Experience with inventory systems and basic computer skills
Forklift experience or certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Professional attitude with strong communication skills
Pay
$65,000-$75,000 Salary (based on experience)
Schedule
8- to 10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Occasional weekends as needed
Year-round work
Work Location: In person (Tucson, AZ)
