Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure proper storage and inventory management
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
- Implement safety procedures and protocols
- Monitor and maintain equipment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, TMS, inventory management software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to use inventory management software and TMS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision
- Knowledge of Warehouse safety regulations and compliance
- Forklift certification preferred
