Job Description

Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and material delivery. This role ensures inventory accuracy, procedural compliance, and efficient support of procurement and production requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor also leads initiatives for continuous improvement and maintains high standards for safety, organization, and team performance.Key Objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of inventory and materials.
  • Oversee proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Support procurement and production teams through effective warehouse operations.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and process adherence.
  • Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supervise receiving and dispatch of imported and exported materials.
  • Maintain 100% daily inventory accuracy and on-time material delivery.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce 5S and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
  • Track and report key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive operational efficiency through Kaizen and Lean improvement projects.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Management experience in a warehouse within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control, material handling, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
