This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.

JOBSUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to provide their associates with the tools needed for success as wellas keenlydrive productivityandefficiencythrough data-driven decisions andanalytical problem- solving.Youwillensurethehighestqualityofthe workandmaximizeproductivityofPilot warehouse locations.Thisisa hands on management roleina warehousesetting.In addition,the Supervisor will provide training, complete performance reviews, and issue disciplinary action when necessary.

Shift M-F 1:30PM to 10:30PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

Developandmaintaintheoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Implementsecurityandsafetyimprovementsthatbenefitthecompany’sassets,visitors,tenantsand employees

Maintainoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational,andpersonnel policies and procedures.

Workvariablehours,includingweekends

UtilizeknowledgeandexperienceofRFscannersinanadvancedwarehousesettingusingacollection of software and personnel processes to improve inventory accuracy, eliminate unnecessary mistakes and increase productivity

Handleswork-relatedinjuries.EnsurethatpoliciesareincomplianceaswellasOSHAstandards.

Maintainafavorableworkingrelationshipwithall other companyemployeestofosteraidand promoteacooperativeandharmoniousworkingclimatewhichwillbeconducivetomaximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

Salary Range:

$68,640-$70K

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
