Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

The TPM Supervisor ensures the team achieves quality objectives and production metrics while managing employee training, adherence to quality guidelines, and safety procedures.

Essential Duties

• Accurately document all KPIs and other metrics.
• Conduct daily audits, track, and label items while implementing 5S methodology to maintain building organization.
• Assist in managing onsite relationships with operational partners.
• Utilize audit data to enhance and improve internal processes.
• Train new operators on quality specifications and pallet sorting/repair procedures.
• Conduct refresher training as needed.
• Ensure all forklift operators are properly certified and trained.
• Track and follow up on employee training.
• Ensure employees perform duties safely and efficiently while following established safety protocols.
• Remain on call for system emergencies and troubleshooting.
• Oversee and control inventory for associated pallet companies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to promote and maintain high-quality standards among team members.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to memorize and apply pallet specifications.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency and drive for success.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting.
• May require additional hours or weekend work as needed.
