Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedWarehouse Worker / Driverto join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Executesecure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.

• Securely manage recordsby moving boxes, weighing up to50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.

• Operate and Maintain:Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicleswhen needed.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Age and License:Minimum age of21with a validDriver’s Licenseand a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.

• Route Experience:At leastone yearof route transportation experience (preferred).

• Experience and comfort with aphysical jobthat involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.

• Ability toregularly lift up to 50 poundsand sustain physical activity throughout the shift.

• Rate:24$/hour

• Monday to Friday schedule : 6:00 am to 3.30 pm

• 14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.
