Optimum and Southwest Women's Oncology are seeking a dedicated and driven Web Development & Implementation Director to join our high-performance team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Who You Are

You're not a web manager — you're a maker. Part engineer, part designer, part RevOps architect. You turn concepts into measurable, revenue-driving digital experiences.

You write code, design interfaces, build systems, architect data flows, and own outcomes. You think in funnels, performance budgets, UX states, and system architecture.

You believe luxury-grade craft and clinical-grade reliability belong together.

What You'll Do

Rebuild + Transform Our Digital Front Door

• Architect, design, and rebuild OptimumHuman.com and SWWO.com end-to-end.
• Develop custom themes, plugins, blocks, and component systems.
• Ensure premium UX, clinical clarity, and conversion-focused flow.
• Deliver Core Web Vitals excellence (Lighthouse ≥ 90 mobile; LCP

Own Full-Stack Craft (Hands On)

• PHP, custom WordPress themes + plugins, JavaScript, SASS/Tailwind, semantic HTML.
• Build high-performance, scalable, secure digital environments.
• Execute Git workflows, CI/CD, staging → production deployments.

Luxury-Grade UX/UI Execution

• Lead design in Figma, translating brand identity into elegant, fast digital experiences.
• Build a code-aligned design system across reusable components.
• Reduce bounce rates while increasing funnel conversions.

Conversion-Driven Development

• Build sequences with persuasion architecture and micro-interactions.
• Implement performance budgets and conversion-first design.
• Create flows from awareness → eligibility → interest → CTA → lead capture.

RevOps & Integrations

• Integrate with HubSpot, GHL, Klara/Jane/Athena/Elation or similar systems.
• Build webhook, API, routing, dedupe, and attribution pipelines.
• Ensure lead → CRM in under 60 seconds with clean, reliable data.

Technical SEO + Performance Leadership

• Own schema, metadata, IA, caching, CDNs, and site infrastructure.
• Drive top-3 ranking for priority pages within 4–6 months (with content partner).

Analytics, CRO & Measurement

• Own GA4, GTM, dashboards, heatmaps, pixels, and event tracking.
• Deliver A/B tests that produce proven, documented wins.

DevOps, Reliability & Security

• Manage hosting, versioning, backups, observability, and security posture.
• Maintain
• Build HIPAA-aware digital architecture and PHI-safe flow.

What You Bring

• 7–15 years building elite, high-performance web ecosystems.
• Expert-level WordPress engineering (custom themes/plugins, scalable architecture).
• Mastery of PHP, JS, MySQL, REST/GraphQL, APIs, and webhooks.
• Advanced CSS/SASS/Tailwind and semantic HTML.
• Figma fluency + UX/UI design craftsmanship.
• CRM + RevOps integrations (HubSpot, GHL, or similar).
• Experience with healthcare intake logic and HIPAA-aware digital frameworks.
• Strong Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, hosting, and performance tooling.
• Proven track record of sites that moved business metrics (portfolio required).
