We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious welder to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our automation and integration projects, requiring precision, reliability, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will support both in-house fabrication and on-site installations, contributing to the seamless execution of custom automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless components*
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols*
* Fabricate and assemble structural and mechanical parts to spec*
* Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards*
* Collaborate with engineering and field teams to support project timelines*
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area*
* Travel to client sites as needed for installation and supportQualifications
Required:
*
* 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.*
* Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.*
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints.*
* Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and measurement tools.*
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.*
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.*
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Preferred:

* Experience in custom machinery or automation equipment.*
* Familiarity with cutting saw, CNC plasma cutting, Water jet or press brake operation.*
* Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent).*
