Job Description
Position Summary |
Essential Functions |
- Handle parts with care to avoid damage to finishes
- Assess most efficient way to rack parts in preparation for coating
- Use parts washer to prep parts for powder/paint
- Use print to determine what powder coat/wet paint is needed
- Select correct powder coat/paint from storage
- Mask parts per print (if needed)
- Apply powder coat/wet paint using a powder/spray gun
- Utilize oven to bake parts at correct temperature after powder coating
- Wear proper PPE for job function being performed
- Inspect and maintain equipment per schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to train others in basic operation of powder coat/wet paint
- Function in a safe and reliable manner to prevent personal injury and/or property damage
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Professional Experience |
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-year minimum experience painting/powder coating required

Work Hours/Travel |
- 1st Shift work schedule: 5 – 8-hour shifts
- Overtime as necessary
