Your Impact:
  • Protects the company from costly funding errors
  • Ensures loans fund on time, preserving broker & borrower experience
  • Enhances internal operational efficiency
In This Role You Will:
  • Ensure closing packages are returned timely
  • Review executed loans documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Balance final figures with title and resolve discrepancies timely and accurately
  • Prepare and order wire timely and accurately
  • Work with corporate wire department to ensure accurate and timely issuance of wires
  • Provide required documentation to corporate wire department and warehouse bank.
  • Ensure loans are funded timely.
  • Respond timely and accurately to general funding inquiries.
  • Maintain set service levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage funding experience.
  • Experience reviewing executed loan documents, non-QM experience a plus
  • Experience with disbursement of loan proceeds and wire preparation
  • Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations, including TRID.
  • Familiarity with LOS platforms such as Encompass
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings professionally and clearly in written responses.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
