Wildlife Control Technician

Critter Control of San Jose seeks a Wildlife Control Specialist to solve wildlife and rodent problems for customers throughout Silicon Valley. You'll conduct property inspections, implement wildlife management strategies, and provide expert solutions in a dynamic outdoor environment.This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence. You'll work independently while being part of a supportive team, developing specialized skills and earning industry certifications. Essential Qualifications:

• Valid CA driver's license, clean record (NO DUIs EVER)
• Pass drug screening, background check, employment physical
• Medically cleared for respirator use
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, roofs)
• Comfortable working at heights with ladders/safety equipment
• Familiar with San Jose and surrounding areas

Professional Requirements:

• Obtain CA Dept of Fish & Wildlife Trapping Certification within 90 days
• Complete safety training, maintain Cal/OSHA compliance
• Manage route planning and customer scheduling
• Maintain detailed documentation standards
