Elevate Your Earnings: Our Wine Consultants, including Key Holders, typically earn between $16 and $28 per hour, including tips.

Part-Time, Full Rewards: This position offers flexibility with part-time hours (up to 29 hours per week), predominantly on weekends.

Your Role:

• Lead educational wine tastings
• Manage inventory and stocking
• Support wine-centric events
• Foster customer relationships through exemplary service
• Curate merchandise displays
• Enrich guest experiences with engaging wine knowledge
• Execute opening/closing procedures and nightly deposits

Your Qualifications:

• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities
• Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and energy to drive business growth
• Superior Sales skills
• Hospitality and customer service expertise
• Detail-oriented with a positive mindset
• Results-driven mindset
