Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and accuracy-driven Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, testing and verifying large volumes of data with utmost precision. The ideal candidate is someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and verify data in database.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness of information.
- Identify and log discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, clarify, or correct data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience with Workday core HCM .
- Proven experience in following testing script data entry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and precision.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with application software testing cycle.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database systems.
- Understanding of basic data analysis or reporting tools.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
