Job Description
Job Title: Workday Reporting & Analytics Product Owner (multiple positions)
Location:

Job Duties:
Serve as a primary subject matter expert for Workday to optimize system design, understanding and interpreting end user needs to translate into system requirements, creating and managing documentation used for end user adoption and training. Lead the definition, structuring, and architecting of HR data and related business processes, including data security and permissions. Support the development and management of data auditing processes. reporting library, driving best practices to better utilize HR data. Lead the Workday effort on compensation related projects, including annual compensation related process processes, comp compensation structure and pay transparency project implementation. Establish data analytics and governance solution and strategy. Provide data insight and guidance on data source, data analysis and security. Provide organizational health and production insight. Design and prototype solutions, present options, and lead design workshops as needed. Participate in key projects as both business and Workday functional expert, coordinating with stakeholders as well as the technical implementation team on project implementation, testing and go-live. Lead the Workday effort in support of annual HR programs such as performance management, promotions, compensation, and open enrollment, including requirements gathering and documentation, configuration, testing, and implementation. Support development and management of the Workday roadmap, including maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across HR and the business. Provide mentorship/guidance to other members of our Workday team. Research and resolve Workday issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Stay updated on current HR/Workday system trends and process best practices. Maintain visibility on Workday Community and local User Groups to keep abreast of new features, product defects, and advocate for desired enhancement. Remote work requests will be considered consistent with company's remote work policy.
Job Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field or foreign equivalent and 5 years of relevant reporting and analytics experience in the position of People Technology Analyst, or a related position. In alternative, we will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field or foreign equivalent and 3 years of relevant reporting and analytics experience in the position of People Technology Analyst, or a related position. This position also requires: 3 years of Workday-specific Workday experience, including Workday core HCM, Reporting and analytics, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Compensation structure configuration; 3 years of data management and data analysis experience leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Query, or SQL Server; 3 years of survey development and result analysis experience in Qualtrics; 3 years of data analytics tools, including Workday custom reports, composite reports, discovery board, Power BI, and Tableau; 3 years of experience organization health analysis, including headcount trends, turnover analysis, diversity, recruiting; experience with Workday Administration, Workday calculated fields, and Workday advance reports; experience with Power Query; experience with data management tools, such as excel, query and SQL server; experience with project management, business analysis, data analysis and statistics; and experience with the agile development process.

Base Salary Compensation range: $138,715 - 150,000
