Job Summary:

Join our dedicated Youth Services team as the Youth Services Program Manager and lead the charge in making a significant impact in the lives of young individuals. In this role, you will oversee the program's coordination and administration, ensuring alignment with our mission to support, empower, and uplift our community youth. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all aspects of the ongoing program, working closely with a diverse team to achieve long-term goals. Your ability to develop new initiatives and assess program strengths will be pivotal in enhancing service delivery. The Youth Services Program Manager will oversee our Youth CPR, Treatment Family Home, and Prevention teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Create a program evaluation framework to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop funding proposals to ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Provide constructive feedback, develop improvement plans, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Serve as a positive leadership role model, ensuring alignment with the company's mission statement, vision, and values.
  • Monitor program activities regularly and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Complete reports for management and communicate effectively with funders.
  • Attend required training and maintain necessary licensure.
  • Engage in local and state behavioral collaborative initiatives to support service delivery goals.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling required.
  • Three (3) years of experience supervising clinical services is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration (can be provided upon hire).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of evidence-based treatment methods and community resources.

Physical Requirements:

  • ADA Consideration- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing during work shifts. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
