Description A day in the life: As a Senior Analytic Developer, you will work with a talented group of engineers as they work to identify vulnerabilities in the cloud. Work includes up to 60% telework. An Analytic Developer is responsible for developing and implementing analytical solutions to solve complex customer problems across data sources. This requires collecting, labeling, processing, and analyzing large and complex data sets using statistical analysis, data modeling, and other techniques (e.g. machine learning). It is also involves designing and developing techniques to identify patterns, relationships, and insights from data that can be used to deliver new knowledge and information to the customers. What you bring to the table: 14+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and security engineering on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR 4 years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree General knowledge and understanding of techniques, tools, and behaviors and strategies used in computer network exploitation Experience with passive analysis of network traffic (ie pcap) using tools like Wireshark Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, etc. Experience developing/scripting in Python A TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance The total package: Our total compensation package was strategically designed with our members in mind with the intention to: r eward our members for their hard work and commitment to our customers' missions; allow members to share in Red Alpha's success as we continue to grow and expand our footprint; provide long-term career opportunities through stability and internal mobility; and provide the resources our members need to support themselves and their dependents in the form of a robust benefits package. Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is $165,000 - $235,000. What you bring to the table:
