Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative onsite to join our Sales team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to successfully execute the order to cash process. The Inside Sales Representative will support the sales team with PO retrieval, order entry, production coordination, logistics planning, invoicing customers, requisitions for service POs, and customer claim/complaint entry.
- Order solicitation, pricing, quotations, order write up, expediting, claims processing, logistics planning, and telephone work
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and other supporting functions to ensure seamless process from PO retrieval to collection of cash
- Taking responsibility for special accounts and projects
- Develop relationships with actual and potential customers to enable EVRAZ to secure the greatest volume of profitable sales
- Keeping current on industry trends including pricing, product development, policies, company changes and reports significant information to sales management and outside sales representatives
- Occasional travel
Requirements
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field or commensurate experience
- 3 years of sales experience in a role interfacing with customers, clients, and the general public
- Industrial or manufacturing sales experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with opposing opinions and effect compromise
- Customer service oriented
- Well-organized self-starter, capable of effectively budgeting time to meet priorities
- Time management skills demonstrated ability to multi-task, while maintaining accuracy and functionality
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with ThinkCell, PowerBI, Tableau a plus
Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000
