Job Description
As an Area Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of our business while working running a successful Branch. When your opportunity to lead an Area is presented, you will coach, develop, and inspire your teams to reach Company goals and metrics in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivating your team and ensuring their success by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
- Results Orientation: Focused on the producing results with your team. Coaching mentoring and demonstrating what good looks like.
- Marketing & Sales: Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by teaching them to sell our products to consumers, growing and maintaining business partnerships.
- Recruiting: Continuing to grow your team by sourcing and attracting candidates and conducting interviews to find the best fit for your open positions.
- Management: Ability to prepare and present concepts and recommendations to co-workers and supervisors in an effective and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-unit or multi-project leadership role.
- Management experience where training is a fundamental responsibility,
- May be asked to relocate when Area Manager positions are offered.
- 3 years’ experience managing retail, sales, or financial industry.
- Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
