Our Impact:
The Single-Family Acquisitions Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.
Your Impact:
In this role, you contribute your knowledge of mortgage fraud, financial crimes and risk management to:
- Evaluate effectiveness of Counterparty's Fraud and Financial Crimes risk management program
- Undertake highly complex projects independently or contribute as a team member
- Administer the Fraud questionnaire
- Evaluate the Seller/Servicer compliance with the Freddie Mac guide
- Conduct risk assessments
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years experience in the mortgage or housing industry such as underwriting, quality control, or audit experience
- College Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Experience with financial crimes investigations, preferred
- Deep understanding and experience with risk management and controls
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of management including executive leadership
- CFE or CAMs, preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 - $193,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
