Our Client Services Team is driven by a spirited and skilled group of customer experience heroes who take great pride in solving any problems are customers incur. We maintain customer satisfaction through brand loyalty and positive customer interactions. We support consumer and commercial customers through a variety of communication platforms.

About The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about customer service? We are looking for an optimist who enjoys interacting with people and building sustainable relationships. As a Service Consultant you must have an innate passion for going the extra mile to provide excellent customer care. We need a team player who takes initiative and seizes opportunities. This role requires you to be a fantastic listener, a problem-solving whiz, who uses excellent communication (verbally and written), plus interpersonal skills to identify the best solutions for our customers.

A Service Consultant utilizes appropriate sales techniques to encourage great customer service and enhance the buying experience. Other functions of the role also include:

  • Communicate with customers while using an on-line system.
  • Gather information for resolving the customer troubles and follows system testing.
  • Document customers' complaints / process proper trouble ticket reports.
  • Advise customers of commitment time frame.
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Able to problem solve issues related to the role.
  • Stay up to date on all new information and communications to be able to provide accurate information to all customers.
  • Ensure work area is tidy and all work is neatly organized at all times;
  • Able to multi-task their assignments or service their customers on the phone.
  • Meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Assist customers with complaints and special requests.
  • Possess strong skills in tone of service to assist complaints and special requests
  • Assist with the closing process of the office as a team.
  • Share feedback with manager regarding operations to ensure customers are provided the best service as effectively and as efficiently as possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is what you need to have:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of MS Office products (MS Word and MS Excel) is preferred but not required
  • Must have effective communications skills and product knowledge to properly engage and educate the customer in service offerings
  • Must follow all protocol guidelines to promote a consistent positive customer experience
  • Consistently maintains strong knowledge of product offerings, services, promotions and advertising
  • Assist our customers in adding valued service offerings, updating client records and adding information into our customer database while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Must be able to work split shifts, days, evenings, nights, and Saturdays (24/7 availability)
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must wear headset at all times to handle all customers over the phone
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • Skill in interpreting and using data
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
