Bookkeeper

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow your accounting career? We're seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team and support financial operations at the dealership level. In this role, you'll help maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and contribute to timely and compliant financial reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions to ensure accuracy.

• Import financial data into the system application.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Support upper management in maintaining dealership expenses and operational records.

• Handle accounts payable processing and related duties.

• Follow established company policies and procedures, and uphold ethical standards.

• Complete all tasks in a timely manner with reliable daily attendance.

• Take on additional duties as assigned by your direct manager.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a community college

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (or a combination of education and experience)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members

• Familiarity with accounting systems or the willingness to learn

• A proactive and dependable work ethic
