FINN PARTNERS currently has an opening for an Accounting Clerk - Hybrid role based out of our Honolulu Hawaii office. As the Accounting Clerk, s responsible for the day-to-day account's payable transactions and general office support.
Compensation: The approved salary range for this role is $45,000 - $48,000 annually, dependent on experience and location.
Responsibilities
- Ensures invoices are properly coded to the correct general ledger account code.
- Prepares weekly priority payment list.
- Assists with inquiries from external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process.
- Performs data entry of all Hawaii-related payables including agency expenses, media and production invoices
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of accounting best practices and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions
General office environment. Work is generally conducted at a desk with a personalized computer provided by the company. The working environment is pleasant, with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous or uncomfortable conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Job Requirements:
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a related role.
- Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
