Center Leadership Role Highlights:
Lead People & Culture
Recruit, interview, and grow an amazing team
Support teachers with coaching and classroom feedback
Ensure curriculum is delivered with excellence
Oversee scheduling, ratios, and licensing compliance
Deliver Family & Student Excellence
Lead engaging family tours
Communicate regularly with parents
Ensure safety, manage records, and conduct drills
Handle onboarding, medication, and incident reporting
What You'll Need:
1-2+ years in childcare leadership
Experience teaching infants-preschool
Bachelor's in ECE (preferred)
CPR & First Aid certified
Strong knowledge of licensing standards
