Job Summary:

• Analyze and evaluate financial performance of asset management and capital projects
• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts for capital projects
• Conduct financial analysis on asset acquisitions, dispositions, and valuations
• Develop and maintain capital project budgets and track project expenditures
• Identify and assess financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of ongoing capital projects
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management and capital project finance

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with department leaders and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare finance or working with health systems.
• Experience in a healthcare or corporate setting.
