Surface Experts is changing the game in surface repair-and we're looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Rep to help us grow. You don't need a degree or sales background. You just need grit, people skills, and the desire to win.

You'll meet face-to-face with property managers at apartment complexes, show them how we save money and materials with spot repairs, and book repair appointments on the spot. You'll have full ownership of your schedule, with support from a team that invests in your growth.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 10-15 apartment communities per day

• Build rapport quickly with property managers and facilities teams

• Walk through units to identify repair opportunities

• Educate clients on Surface Experts' spot-repair solution and close the sale

• Manage your own calendar and sales route

• Handle follow-ups and light admin from your home office

• Stay connected through a 10-minute daily check-in and weekly team meetings

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
