General Labor

A leading manufacturer of durable concrete solutions is hiring for a General Labor role at their plant in Burlington, WI. This organization specializes in providing resilient products to support infrastructure development, multifamily housing, and large-scale commercial construction projects. The position offers hands-on work in a production environment, contributing directly to the creation of essential concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform steel fabrication tasks
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing (e.g., painting, grouting)
• Set up and dismantle casting forms
• Prepare beds for concrete pours
• Pull and handle reinforcing strand
• Handle yard organization and product placement
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Follow clear job instructions and established safety guidelines
• Complete additional general labor tasks as required

Requirements

• Experience with concrete or construction-related tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:
• Lifting up to 80 lbs consistently
• Carrying/lifting 10–40 lbs frequently and over 40 lbs occasionally
• Standing, walking, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and bending throughout the shift
• Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold
• Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and in a noisy environment
