Personal Trainer/Membership Sales

We are looking for a Full-time candidate with drive, ambition, and the desire to make unlimited income! Our preferred candidate is a certified personal trainer, with the ability and desire to increase their clientele, by increasing the membership base here in the studio. Sales experience is preferred. The job will be hourly plus uncapped commissions. The schedule will be mostly morning and daytime hours and will require at least 1 weekend day totaling between 30 and 40 hours per week. The job entails reaching out to potential clientele via phone, email, and texting, approximately 80 - 100 contacts a day. Good computer skills are a plus. We participate in many off-site events as well, and you will be expected to attend some of these events and be a representation of what we strive for here in the studio. We are looking for a team player who is invested in growing with us, and being a part of the community that we have built here between staff and members alike.
