Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add an Account Executive to our exceptional team in our Middletown location. In this fast-paced role, you will engage in daily conversations with potential clients aiming to build trust and foster relationships for future opportunities. Success in this role consists of being approachable and persuasive, building out a center of influence, and the ability to understand diverse client needs and offer solutions that align with their goals. We’re seeking candidates who are patient, calm under pressure, and dedicated to making impactful connections through consistent communication.
Responsibilities
- Focus on identifying and engaging potential clients within the Financial Services vertical.
- Develop a strong network and center of influence in your assigned territory.
- Understand prospective client goals and align them with Charles IT's service offerings.
- Lead initial outreach efforts, including discovery meetings and value-based conversations.
- Actively pursue leads through cold calling and other outbound strategies.
- Conduct onsite assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and track key metrics in HubSpot.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, associations, and referral partners.
- Represent Charles IT at relevant industry events to expand visibility and drive connections.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role; experience within the managed services industry is a plus
- Familiarity with the Financial Services market and line-of-business applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a focus on achieving results
- Skilled in prospecting through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions
- Outstanding networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Must possess a current, valid U.S. driver’s license
