The Role:

As a Wardrobe Manager, you will be responsible for the overall brand image represented in the employees' uniforms.

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in wardrobe, uniform, or costume management within hospitality, casino, entertainment, or theatrical environments.
• Prior experience managing large-scale uniform inventory systems, including ordering, distribution, and returns.
• Strong background in vendor coordination, including sourcing, procurement, and ensuring on-time delivery of uniform pieces.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of wardrobe or uniform attendants, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
• Hands-on experience with inventory software or asset tracking tools (Oracle and Excel-based systems).
• Proven track record of implementing or improving uniform room operations that support 24/7 business needs.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with garment care standards, basic alterations, and quality assurance of uniforms preferred.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must have proficiency in sewing and mending
• Must have proficiency in correct fitting procedures
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have knowledge of fabric use and care requirements
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities such as sewing and mending garments
• Frequently required to be confined to small areas for long periods of time

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
