Want a summer job that's actually fun? Be the face of awesome at Massanutten Resort's Woodstone Recreation & Real Escapes! As a Desk Attendant, you're at the heart of the action – checking guests into the indoor/outdoor pool, the arcade, mind-bending escape rooms, and our cool virtual reality stations. You won't just be behind a desk; you'll help guests dive into their vacation fun, guiding VR adventurers or escape room teams. We need energetic, friendly people who love making others smile. Get flexible hours, work with a great team, and spend your summer surrounded by fun!
Must be 16 or older
Obtain CPR certification after employment
Preferred
Cash handling experience
Customer service experience
Knowledge of resort operations and procedures
Core Responsibilities
- Greet resort guests and ensure that they possess a valid Massanutten ID
- Process registrations for various recreational programs
- Assist with recreational activities such as summer games, archery, and Teen Night
- Assist with Escape Room and VR operations
- Process monetary transactions
- Troubleshoot Escape Room, VR and Arcade issues
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Schedule: Varies; including weekends and holidays. Hours: Vary.
